J. P. H. Ludolf Ltd can offer advice to our clients on selecting the best planning package to suit the requirements of the project.
The core of this package would typically comprise of a fully resourced Level 3 Schedule with associated Progress S-Curves and Manpower Histograms.
Level 0 to Level 4 and look-ahead and speciality schedules are also available to suit the reporting requirements of the Client and the Project.
We work closely with Project Management and the Engineering Disciplines to develop a planning package which captures the complete scope of the project and reflects engineering methods of working and third-party interfaces.
During the course of the project, the planning package will be updated, at periods agreed with the Client, to reflect an accurate status of the project. If any slippage in the schedule has occurred, we will recommend recovery actions and incorporate these into the schedule, on agreement withy the Client.
